7 The Body as Harmony Centre

Harmonizing Yin & Yang – finding peace inbetween polarities – explore how to find your inner balance 


We have a bilateral body – 2 different sides are shaped around our midline, with those we act and interact in the world. This means we deal with asymmetries, develop preferences and usually have a dominating or 'stronger' side. Sometimes we are missing balance or union between both. In this ritual you can connect with the messages of your nervoussystem – finding out how to harmonize the feminine and masculine aspects in you, working with the bilateral symmetries of your bodies and their complementing energies – inviting the Principles of 'Yin & Yang' into your bodyawareness.

Through the spine we have the possibility to move upright. Depending on our story, our beliefs and how we grew into this world, we are moving upright and move in our greatness more, or less.

This session is an initiation to explore your shining presence, experience your ability of strength and mobility, working with the range of motion of your spine – reveal your destructive habits and how they are related to the story of your spine, move with the Principles of 'Victimship and Authenticity'.

10 The Body as Structure

Liberate yourself from conditionings – explore how to detach from collective binds and discover the freedom behind


Our body forms a structure, as it is shaped in a certain form. Within this structure we have the posiibility to move in certain ways. Sometimes they are limitated or limitating, depending on our conditioning. Working with the tensions of your hip-shoulder girdles, helps you to find into a liberated, free and instinctive way of moving, discover your state of independence. Experience your existence in a collective field – inviting the Principles of 'Letting Go & Release' into your Movements.

11 The Body as Medium

Align with your path – find your focus and how your body can help you to follow your intentions


Our body is moving us towards wherever and however we are deciding to move it. Fully aware of this ability, it can become our greatest medium to move us towards where we wish to move and manifest our dreams.  

Explore how to move and connect with your intentions & visions, working with axes and lines in your body – bringing the Principles of 'Strength and Softness' into your bodyawareness.

12 The Body as Spirit

Surrender to the unknown & move in humbleness –

explore how to move the trust within you to move with trust in life


This movement ritual shows you how your body is deeply connected to spirit. As a reflection of our universe it carries its laws and knowledge inside, which are love – union – trust – surrender.

You are invited to connect with your inner humbleness and the sense of dedication towards something greater than you. You will explore and embody the 'Life Spiral' & meet the truth of your own heart spiral.
